Great Southern Hops was established in 2018 when we (Aaron and Laura) swapped the city life for the beautiful rugged coast line of the Great Southern.
With our love of the Great Southern, which flourished years ago when we were backpackers, and a passion for brewing and agriculture, we took a leap of faith and moved to the region to farm hops.
Since then, Great Southern Hops has grown to provide local, quality hops to Western Australian brewers and breweries including Boston Brewing, Lucky Bay Brewing and Northbridge Brewing Co.
Farming with organic and regenerative practices, we offer both wet and dried hops, allowing brewers to create truly local, seasonal and unique beers.
